This piece of work analyzes the problems of the self-help service equipment in the modern day bank from the users' point of view. It attempts to resolve the problems, such as insecurity, high error rate, inflexibility, low efficiency and inconvenient operational modes by visual language and foreseeable future technologies. Through a transparent visual language, it prevents some common trickery and the potential danger which can arise from operational hazards, providing more convenience and security for its users.
